The Bogie hardening furnace is also known as a bogie-type heat treatment furnace. It is mainly used for quenching and normalizing steel castings, auto parts, rolls, steel balls, metal structural parts, welding parts, and heat treatment of various mechanical parts.

The steel structure of the furnace body is strong enough to be hoisted and transported as a whole. The furnace door can be opened in two ways, by lifting it up and down or by walking with the trolley. The charging trolley enters and exits electrically. The internal and external rails are integrated for internal and external travel, without foundation construction.

Full refractory fiber structure (except the furnace bottom), the thickness of the refractory layer is designed according to the furnace temperature of 1000℃, and the heating elements are also designed and selected according to the operating furnace temperature of 1000℃, taking into account the special heating characteristics of the workpiece and obtaining better temperature uniformity in the furnace characteristics, single zone or multi-zone temperature control is adopted according to the size of the furnace;

The trolley's traveling cables are protected by drag chains, and the equipment is equipped with multiple safety limit devices to ensure safe and efficient use. The trolley is equipped with a pressure-resistant and high-temperature-resistant cast steel furnace bottom plate to carry workpieces.
