Introduction of Lifting Atmosphere Furnace
Lifting atmosphere furnaces are widely used in experiments and production in the fields of ceramics, chemicals, electronics, metallurgy, new material development, machinery, refractory materials, building materials, special materials, and other fields. The loading capacity is large, requiring semi-continuous production. The lifting atmosphere furnace is equipped with a trolley and track, and the loading capacity is between 200kg and 600kg.
According to the different temperature requirements of customers, lifting atmosphere furnaces are divided into three types: 1200 degrees, 1400 degrees, and 1700 degrees. The atmosphere can be divided into an inert gas atmosphere and a flammable gas atmosphere.

● Furnace material
Three layers of full-fiber furnace lining constitute the entire furnace with customized furnace bottom bricks; the furnace bottom is equipped with high-temperature mullite, which has good wear resistance and load-bearing capacity.

● Lifting structure
The lifting system is driven by a screw drive to move the lower cover of the furnace up and down. Limit switches are installed at the end positions of the stroke. To ensure the reliability of the system operation, the limit switches are all made of Schneider brand and adopt a double switch design to achieve double protection. The lifting platform is stable and has better load-bearing capacity. The fully automatic loading and unloading truck is equipped with a Schneider limit device and protection device.
● Air intake system
1. Two vacuum diaphragm valves are preset as air inlet and outlet.
2. Inert gases such as nitrogen, argon, and helium can be introduced.
3. Float flow meter to control the intake airflow.
4. Digital pressure gauge and pointer pressure gauge.
