Introduction of Inert Atmosphere Furnace
Brother Furnac's inert atmosphere furnace is a professional equipment for high-temperature processing. Introducing inert gases such as nitrogen or argon into the furnace prevents oxidation and contamination, ensuring high purity and high quality of material processing. It is widely used in fields such as high-temperature synthesis and pyrolysis experiments. The furnace has a high-precision temperature control system to ensure a uniform heating effect. At the same time, the customized design meets different size and temperature requirements. The efficient gas circulation system reduces gas consumption and has multiple safety protection devices to ensure safe and reliable operation.
Features of Inert Atmosphere Furnace
- RT~1700℃.
- The furnace is made of alumina polycrystalline fiber with a constant temperature field and no pollution.
- Fully enclosed structure furnace, double-layer thickened steel shell, ultimate vacuum up to - 0.1Mpa.
- The top, left side, right side, and back are all made of 12mm solid square steel as reinforcement, which will not deform under vacuum. The maximum vacuum degree can reach -0.08MPa.
- The temperature control system adopts industrial precision 0.2-level intelligent instrument, PID adjustment, and 50-segment programming.
- The furnace door has good sealing performance, four handwheels lock the furnace door tightly, and the silicone ring seals it.
