Introduction

The hot air circulation degreasing furnace is a degreasing furnace in an air atmosphere. It uses an air preheating system to increase high-temperature fresh air to improve the degreasing quality. It uses a spoiler fan to improve the temperature uniformity of the large furnace cavity and uses a high-flow induction fan. To increase the extraction speed of flue gas, speed up degreasing and avoid contamination of various parts of the electric furnace.

Features

  • The maximum temperature is 650 degrees.
  • The maximum flow rate of air preheating is 100m³/h, and the maximum preheating temperature is 650℃ ( equipped with air preheating core ).
  • To ensure ideal temperature field uniformity during debinding and sintering, 3-sided heating is adopted. A spoiler fan is designed inside the degreasing furnace. The frequency can be adjusted when turned on at the working temperature. The uniformity reaches ±5℃ at any working temperature.
  • The degreasing furnace is equipped with VOC tail gas cracking equipment, with a cracking temperature of 900°C. It can decrease samples with regular loading to achieve complete gas cracking and zero pollution.
  • The maximum exhaust volume of the degreasing furnace is 620 m³/h, which can completely discharge the exhaust gas generated during the degreasing process and improve the degreasing speed and degreasing quality.
  • Specially designed degreasing air duct, fresh hot air enters the stainless steel furnace from the micro-holes on the left, right, bottom, and rear under the action of a special device, taking away the oil smoke and expelling it from the upper air outlet.
  • Passive safety air intake. Passive safety air intake can ensure that the grease gas pressure in the furnace is below the safety threshold.
  • Precise wind ratio relationship plan, control the inlet and outlet air ratio throughout the degreasing process, and achieve efficient degreasing.

Structure

The new debinding furnace is composed of an air-preheating system, a debinding furnace, and a VOC flue gas pyrolysis furnace.

Applications

It is used for the degreasing and pre-sintering integrated process of 3D printing of alumina, zirconia, magnesia and other ceramics, and can achieve hot air circulation auxiliary heating at low temperatures below 600°C, and three-sided thermal radiation heating at high temperatures above 600°C, with low and high-temperature capabilities. Good field uniformity performance.
