Introduction

This series of bogie tempering furnaces are energy-saving periodic operation furnaces. They are mainly used for steel castings, auto parts, rolls, steel balls, metal structural parts, welding parts, tempering, aging, and heating between room temperature and -650℃. Craft use.

The steel structure of the furnace body is strong enough to be hoisted and transported as a whole. The furnace door can be opened in two ways, the up and down lifting type or the walking type with the trolley. The loading trolley enters and exits electrically, and the inner and outer rails are integrated for internal and external travel, eliminating the need for foundation construction.

Full refractory fiber structure (except for the furnace bottom), the thickness of the refractory layer is designed according to the furnace temperature of 800℃, and the heating elements are also designed and selected according to the operating furnace temperature of 800℃, taking into account the special heating characteristics of the workpiece and obtaining better temperature uniformity in the furnace According to the size of the furnace, single-zone or multi-zone temperature control is adopted, and a circulating fan and hot air circulation system are installed in the furnace;

The trolley's traveling cables are protected by drag chains, and the equipment is equipped with multiple safety limit devices to ensure safe and efficient use. The trolley is equipped with a pressure-resistant and high-temperature-resistant cast steel furnace bottom plate to carry workpieces.
