As a highly efficient heat treatment equipment, vacuum furnace is widely used in brazing, annealing, sintering, degassing, drying, tempering, quenching, hardening, and other processes in industry and laboratories. Brother Furnace's vacuum furnace can be divided into vacuum brazing furnace, vacuum induction melting furnace, vacuum quenching furnace, vacuum annealing furnace, vacuum sintering furnace, etc. according to the process.
According to the furnace chamber material, it can be divided into: vacuum heat treatment furnace (ceramic fiber thermal field), vacuum heat treatment furnace (tungsten wire mesh heating), vacuum graphite carbon tube furnace, etc.
Our furnace chamber is made of metal, graphite, or ceramic materials, which can be customized according to needs, and the maximum temperature can reach 3000℃.
Brother Furnace provides perfect solutions for vacuum furnaces for customers all over the world. The following are answers to common vacuum furnace questions.
Vacuum furnace is specialized equipment used for high-temperature heating, heat treatment, or specific processes within a low-pressure or vacuum environment. It typically comprises a vacuum chamber, heating elements, a temperature control system, and a vacuum pump. Vacuum furnaces are primarily employed for quenching, brazing, heat treatment, annealing, sintering, and other industrial processes.
Temperature uniformity in the furnace is achieved through electric heating or electromagnetic induction. In a vacuum environment, heat transfer occurs predominantly via radiation, unaffected by convection, ensuring superior temperature uniformity. A precise temperature control system guarantees even temperature distribution throughout the furnace, making it ideal for industrial heating and processing applications that demand stringent temperature control.
The ultimate vacuum level of Brother Furnace is 6*10-3 Pa.
The maximum operating temperature of the vacuum furnace reaches 2200°C, with an effective working volume ranging from 30*30*30 mm to 1800*1800*3000 mm. Custom sizes are also available upon request.
Vacuum furnaces are widely used in metal heat treatment, brazing, electronic device manufacturing and powder metallurgy, providing precise processing and handling capabilities in a gas-free, high-temperature environment.
The furnace chamber materials of Brother Furnace's vacuum furnace are usually the following: stainless steel metal furnace chamber, ceramic fiber furnace chamber, molybdenum foil furnace chamber, graphite furnace chamber, tungsten wire mesh, etc. Customized furnace chambers are also accepted.
