Introduction

The vacuum heat-resistant steel hot field brazing furnace is a vacuum brazing furnace suitable for low-melting point workpieces such as aluminum alloys; it can also be used as a vacuum furnace for low-temperature sintering and low-temperature heat treatment.

Features

Using a stainless steel metal furnace and electric heating alloy tube for heating, the maximum temperature can reach 750℃.

The electric heating alloy tube is heated in an annular shape, and the furnace temperature has high uniformity, which can reach plus or minus 5℃.

The human-machine interface adopts a high-definition touchscreen and has a built-in operating system developed by our company.

PLC automatic control system.

Clean stainless steel furnace, equipped with mechanical pump + diffusion pump vacuum unit, the ultimate vacuum degree can reach 7x10-3pa (no load, cold state).

Compared with molybdenum foil vacuum furnaces, this electric furnace has low power, low price, economical and practical, and is an ideal low-temperature brazing equipment.

External rapid cooling system; from brazing temperature to 180 degrees in less than 1 hour.
