Key Performance Features

The furnace is rated for a maximum operating temperature of 1400°C and is equipped with a high-purity polycrystalline alumina fiber chamber, offering excellent thermal insulation and energy efficiency.

Smooth Lifting System

The furnace features an electric screw-driven lifting bottom platform. Compared with traditional side-opening furnaces, the lifting design allows 360° unobstructed placement of samples and significantly reduces direct thermal radiation exposure to operators during high-temperature unloading.

Precision Temperature Control

An intelligent PID control system ensures temperature accuracy of up to ±1°C and supports multi-segment programmable heating profiles, fully meeting the demands of complex sintering processes.

Safety Protection

The system integrates an emergency stop button and over-temperature protection at the base of the furnace, fully complying with international laboratory safety standards.
