Project Overview
Recently, Brother Furnace completed the export of a custom-engineered High-Vacuum Split Tube Furnace System to a prestigious research institute in the United States. This delivery underscores our commitment to providing world-class thermal processing solutions that meet the rigorous standards of international scientific communities.

The Challenge
The client required a system capable of achieving a high-vacuum environment while maintaining precise temperature control for sensitive material annealing. The equipment needed to integrate vacuum pumping, water cooling, and intelligent process monitoring into a single, user-friendly workstation compatible with U.S. electrical and safety standards.
Technical Solution
Our engineering team deployed a comprehensive system based on the Brother Furnace High-Temp Series, featuring several key integrations:
Integrated Vacuum Pumping Station: Equipped with a high-performance molecular pump and a mechanical backing pump to achieve a clean, high-vacuum environment essential for oxygen-sensitive materials.
Dual-Control Interface: The system features a sophisticated control cabinet with dedicated PID temperature controllers for multi-segment programming and a large HMI Touchscreen for real-time monitoring of vacuum levels and system status.
Advanced Cooling System: To ensure seal integrity during high-temperature runs, a high-efficiency Industrial Chiller (CW-5200) was integrated to provide continuous water circulation to the vacuum flanges.
Split-Hinge Design: The furnace body utilizes a split-top design, allowing for rapid cooling and easy access to the process tube, significantly increasing experimental throughput.
Results
Before shipment, the system underwent a rigorous Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) to verify vacuum leak rates, temperature uniformity, and emergency shut-off safety protocols. The equipment arrived at the U.S. facility ready for "plug-and-play" operation.
The institute is currently utilizing the Brother Furnace system for pioneering research in CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) and nanomaterial carbonization, praising the system for its stability and intuitive interface.

Summary
This successful international delivery demonstrates Brother Furnace's extensive expertise and robust capability in providing high-end vacuum furnace solutions across a wide range of industrial and research applications—we welcome you to contact us for your customized thermal processing needs.
