2.Common Furnace Chamber Materials:

• Stainless Steel chambers:750℃，durable, corrosion-resistant.
• Graphite chambers:1900℃-2400℃，Lightweight, high creep strength.
• Tungsten Wire chamber:1900℃-2200℃，ultra-high temperature, clean and pollution-free.
• Ceramic Fiber chambers:1200℃-1800℃, high cost performance, good temperature field uniformity, lightweight.
• Molybdenum Foil chambers:1450℃，high temperature resistance, good for vacuum applications, will not pollute materials.

3.Heating Area Sizes:

The sizes of the working area of ​​the vacuum furnace are as follows:

• Min heating area (W*H*D):30*30*30mm
• Max heating area (W*H*D):1800*1800*3000mm
• Custom sizes are available upon request.

Ps: The sizes of the working area is determined by the number of workpieces, the size of the workpieces, the process requirements, and the load capacity of the furnace.

4.Vacuum Conditions:

Brother Furnace’s ultimate vacuum level reaches 7*10^-3 Pa.The uniformity of the vacuum furnace is within ±5℃.

The vacuum pump is equipped with mechanical pumps, diffusion pumps, molecular pumps, and Roots pumps. （Specific brands of vacuum pumps can be purchased according to customer requirements）

The vacuum furnace can also be filled with protective gas (nitrogen or argon) for special processing materials.
